Cambridge Nursery School is seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our highly skilled Early Years team.

We are looking for someone who has a genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development and who can make a positive contribution from day one. This role would suit a practitioner with a strong understanding of the EYFS who is committed to providing high-quality care, learning and support for all children.

The Successful Candidate Will:

  • Have proven experience of working within an Early Years setting, ideally within a school setting. 
  • Demonstrate a secure understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Be confident in observing, assessing and supporting children's learning and development.
  • Have experience of supporting children with a range of needs and abilities.
  • Be skilled at building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
  • Be able to work effectively as part of a team whilst showing initiative and professionalism.
  • Have high expectations for all children and a commitment to inclusive practice.
